Hello Bloggerbeans,
I haven't posted this week as I decided to take a little break after Dear October finished however I want to get back on top of everything and tell you all the things I loved in October.
Hannah mags vlogs - This I couldn't show in the picture above however Hannah Maggs (Now Hannah Michalak) and her husband Stef Vlog their day to day life in weekly Sunday videos with the appearance of Grayson, their 1 and a half year old. Their Vlogs have been what I have been keeping me going through the month just gone. What makes their Vlogs stand out from others is that their edited to such a high standard and feel like mini movies with the pan shots and the way they Vlog has a sense of creative flair which I haven't seen before and is original. you can visit their channel HERE
Fairy lights - I may have gone a bit crazy this month buying lots of packs of fairy lights from Primark. I love the Primark ones and priced at £1.50 per a pack of 1.5m they are fairy good value (I'l stop with the puns...) There's something about twinkly lights which makes me feel calm and comforted so my room is now adorned with them scattered around my bed, on my wall and around my window. I feel I have enough but i'l get back to you on that one...
Red Lipstick - As we begin to transition from Autumn to winter, so is my Makeup. For Autumn I wore lots of Bright red colours like the collection one in 'Red carpet which you can get HERE. This was my favourite along with a copper eye. For Winter I'm going to delve into the christmassy gold, greys and silvers in my Revolution eye shadows and have invested in a staple Rimmel Dark Red lipstick which I am excited to wear as we go into Winter.
Hot Starbucks drinks - This month I began to form a real love for Starbucks drinks even though they are quite expensive even for a small drink meaning its my fortnightly treat to keep me going during drama rehearsals. My order for October was a small Caramel Signature Hot Chocolate however this month I plan on being more adventurous and trying out their Christmas drink range and even ordering a pumpkin spice latte for myself.
Magic Stars Hot Chocolate - As you can tell Hot Chocolate was a running theme during October as the weather got colder. This month I tried something different from my Ordinary Cadbury Highlights and try the Magic Stars one and I fell in love with it. The fact that it has tiny Magic stars made me very happy indeed.
Jumpers - As the weather got colder, I began to bring out my Jumper collection which was packed away since last Autumn and Winter. Along with bringing out some of my old favourites I purchased in a couple more including the one in the picture which is black with grey tones mixed in. I also brought the same Jumper but in full on grey but have been keeping it in the wardrobe for November as teamed with my Winter Makeup would go nicely. Both are from New Look and you can get the HERE (Similar to black one) and HERE
Red berry and Pathuoli candle - I couldn't mention my favourites without having a candle. While I write this the candle in the photo is nearly all gone and is a repurchase of the same original candle as I loved it so much and I only bought this repurchase one the last week of October! This candle is for me the embodiment of Autumn and when the repurchase candle is all gone I have two Cookie Scented candles ready to start to use mid November which I am excited for.This candle was £3.50 from Primark;
Brown satchel - For a long while I had a well loved Grey studded handbag which I loved dearly until the handles broke on it. It was my everyday handbag for going places so I have been looking for a replacement for a while with something the same size. I was scouring Primark (There seems to be a recurring 'Primark' theme here haha) and my eyes spotted this adorable Pinterest-y brown satchel and I knew when my eyes saw it was 'The One'. I have road tested it on a couple of Shopping trips and it is perfect for putting small bits and bobs in it such as my purse, a few on the go Makeup must haves and a small water bottle. Quite a handy size for £8.
Scarfs - I get very cold easily so having a scarf is always needed for me. I have one trusty scarf which was given to me by my family and is dark and light grey with white tassels and is my favourite as its not too heavy or silky on my neck which I like in a scarf.
Making Videos - Now Dear October is over I feel like a little part of me is missing. I definitely have caught the bug to produce more videos however it's going to take me a while to get to the position of being able to do Sit down videos but i'm working on it. I have edited a Halloween Vlog to go up this weekend so stay tuned on my YouTube channel which you can visit HERE for that.
I hope you enjoyed seeing all the things I treasured in October. What was your favourite thing about October Bloggerbeans?,
