Hello BloggerBeans,

Today marks a very special day when a 15 year old girl sat in her bedroom watching YouTube videos of Zoella and Sprinkleofglitter and thought to herself "Wow, they are part of such a lovely community, I wish I could experience that" and so this blog was born! When starting I had no idea what direction I wanted to take my blog in, I just knew that I loved to write and wanted to know who I am as I felt like I was following the crowd which for a long time was okay but I wanted to show everyone that I could do something unique by myself instead of annoying the heck out of people by copying them. I didn't mean to it was just that I hadn't discovered who I was. I was fed up of trying ever style under the sun; The girly girl, the geek, the sporty one, the loud one, the quite one...

I just couldn't find the right persona which fitted me. Couldn't I be all of them? The answer being yes. It was okay that I was a mixture of them all. I was lost in the never ending swirling vortex of adolescent life and it seemed to be that I was trapped forever until one day I decided for myself and said NO. NO to being forced to label myself for society's sake, NO to feeling like everything was my fault, NO to copying other people to fit in, and NO to hating myself constantly. I was going to do something that made me happy for the first time in a long time and once I uploaded that first post I felt for the first time in a long while that I could breathe again thanks to this little place on the internet which I can now call home and that feeling still is with me. I am so proud of myself for 1. sticking to something and 2. for getting this far!

I want to start a tradition on this blog of telling all you lovely people what this year of Blogging has brought into my life. I  really hope that i'l still be writing here in years to come!

This Blogging year brought me lots of Happiness in many different ways: This year we had good and bad days. There were dark times where I came here to give myself some purpose and other wonderful days where I experienced lots of wonderful exciting things with friends and family (Holding a cat, Passing my singing exam and getting into the college of my choice are just some to name a few) and I can't wait for what the future holds.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout. I want to shout out Katie and Sian for being so supportive of me and just being there for me. You guys are pretty awesome. Katie for giving me ideas, always reading my posts when I post and being there when I felt like I couldn't post and Sian for just being her awesome Kellin Quinn loving self. Thank you also to my parents who have accepted that I 'blog' and are supportive of what I do even if they have trouble understanding it...

Last but definitely not least thank you to you who is reading this! Thank you if you were the first person to ever read my blog, if you have only just stumbled upon it (Hi if you are new!), If you were my 1st follower, 5th, 10th or even the 20th, you all mean the world to me. This is MY splash of hidden happiness and I hope to a few of you it is yours as well,
