Trust. Its a funny thing. Once gained it is a honour, but can be very easily lost. For me trust is a HUGE thing. Having had it broken so many times in the past, it takes me a long time to be able to let someone come into my life and not question their motives and just let them be. Some people can easily do this whole trust business and I totally envy those who can! Simple things such as becoming friends is a lot for me as I always have a sense that they may be out to get me, even if they are the nicest person in the world, I will always have my doubts. 

However learning to trust is something that I personally want to get better at doing. On the plus side when I do eventually trust people, I trust them with all my heart and hope that they trust me in the same way as I do. Being able to know that the other person can be trusted is vital as you need to know that they are not going to go off and say things behind your back or tell others what you have told them in confidence.
