Hello Bloggerbeans,
I want to take this weeks post to talk about something that is a huge part of my life which is acting. I have always been interested in Performing and it has been a passion of mine for a long while. I love the feeling of receiving a new script or project to work on, the satisfaction of seeing the hardwork and effort of weeks of rehearsals turned into a performance piece or even just the buzz I get just before I enter the stage followed shortly by all of my anxiety of performing to people melt away. It is really something that has shaped me as a person and I don't really know what I would be doing instead as its something that I nearly didn't do. Things could of been so much different which brings me on to those wonderful people in the photo above.
Before starting the course I knew absolutely no-one which I have spoken about here on my blog and the fact that I felt that didn't necessarily have to be a bad thing however for the first week or two felt very anxious and on edge yet now that seems so silly as 6 months on from then everyone has become such good friends and I literally feel like they are my second family which when I say I generally mean. Growing up as a young carer for both my parents with learning difficulties left me thrown in the deep end however now is a part of me which I would never want to change. Sometimes with a lot of independence their are times when I just want to take a step back from things and I guess drama is my way of escaping for a little bit. I enjoy the essence of being someone else for a little bit so I don't have to think about life junk going on. Everyone on my course is just so amazingly talented and I have really began to relax a little as finally i'm part of this weird and crazy performing arts family which is something I have never been apart of coming from a turbulent secondary school experience. If any of you guys are reading just thank you. I'l leave this post with the words of Disney's stitch which sums up this post perfectly:
'Ohana means family and that means nobody gets left behind or forgotten'
