Hello Bloggerbeans!

Like I said in last Thursday's posts, as my exams loom ever closer I don't have enough time to be writing posts so decided instead of leaving you with nothing (and be left having post blogging withdrawal symptoms) I would post a quick and easy post of 'My Mini Happies' for the day/week (not sure on the time span yet). I know it isn't the greatest content but it is something to fill the gap while I am off doing my exams. Who knows, maybe doing this will help me stay positive during exam season when my stress levels are soaring! 

This weeks Mini Happies:

Doing really well in my final Spanish speaking controlled assessment. This was my 2nd one out of the two I had to do to complete my GCSE however the 1st one didn't go to plan and I panicked as I couldn't understand her which made me feel bad for not knowing what she was saying and so forth which spiraled into one huge mess and left me finishing it only just in one piece :( . The fact that I held it together this time and had prepared more left me feeling calm and happier.

Yesterday it was Impossible Astronaut Day which marked 4 years of the terrifying monster 'The Silence' appearing in Dr Who. The tradition has always been to draw the famous tally marks on yourself and post a picture to show your support and every year I always take part however this year I went a little crazy and drew them all over my face, neck and arms! Being part of the Dr Who Fandom always makes me happy as it is such a lovely community.

It was Kellin Quinns Birthday Today! If you don't know who he is then where have you been your whole entire life?! Kellin is the lead singer of Sleeping With Sirens which I was lucky enough to see in concert a couple of weeks ago (Not to mention his voice is perfection!). With my best friend Sian being OBSESSED with him (I truly mean this!) we decided to throw him a birthday bash in his honour. We had cake, party hats and personalized cookies which Sian baked and iced herself. It was a good day :)

 Going to see my Grandparents is another one of my 'Mini Happies' for this week. My Dad's side of the family live all the way in Essex which is 2 trains and a taxi across London to get to. With this distance between us its hard to see each other frequently so when I do go up for the weekend to see them with my parents it makes me happy as I normally haven't seen them in a while and need to catch them up on all the things they have missed.

Finding out that a new lush store in Oxford Street, London has opened up. Three levels of pure heaven. Katie and Sian, you are coming with me on a lush adventure to London! (Did I also mention Becki0 works there?)

Going to the orthodontists.... Okay I know you are probably thinking what? But trust me this is a Mini Happy for me. I have never had the straightest of teeth and I have always been very self conscious of the way they looked however  having a brace has made me more confident and my brace has done an amazing job on making them all straight and it has only been 3 months since I have had them on!

My last Mini Happy is The SacconeJoly vlogs. The SacconeJolys consist of Anna and Jonathon, an Irish married couple who live in the UK with their adorable children Emilia and Eduardo. Their Vlogs bring a smile to a face and always brighten my day. The fact that there is a new video on there channel every day at 6pm makes me even happier as I always look forward to watching it. 

I am again sorry that for the next few weeks my posts won't be to the standard they normally are but I pinky promise things will be back to normal by June 12th as that's the date of my last exam. (Woop!) Until then my 'Mini Happies' will be a regular thing with a few bonus posts thrown in when I can just so you don't get bored of the same style of post. Thanks for understanding :)
