Hello my Bloggerbeans,
In my school, loom bands have started to become a craze and everyone I see these days is wearing one. I love the fact that they are so versatile and can be adapted to your personality as the colors and patterns you can choose from are endless! My favourite colours to use are purple, and blue as they are my favourite colours however you can get loom bands in lots of different colours including glitter loom bands. So with this craze becoming very popular and with me not wanting to feel left out I decided that I would order some Loom bands on amazon. With all these different loom band colours I wasn't sure on which colours to buy! However I found the ones I was looking for! The glow in the dark loom bands. However to my dismay when they arrived I found that I had been wrongly lied to as they did not glow! I was very upset about it however I haven't given I up searching as i will hopefully find some someday....
Many crazes have come and go but all this talk of loom bands makes me remember the crazes which have long been forgotten. Here are just some of the Crazes which I remember and enjoyed as a child:
Scoobies - Now these make me feel old! They where long plastic coloured tubes which you could tie into knots and make bracelets. they started to become a craze around 2005 (When i was 6!). I never learnt how to do them properly so ended up just doing simple plaits with them instead.
Go Gos - Now this was a craze which happened in my friendship group in primary school. They where little figurines which you collected and you could play battles with them by flicking them and trying to knock your opponents over. I remember at one point Sian and I had over 50 Each! I only have around ten of my favourite ones left these days.
Pencil Grips - This Craze probably only happened in my primary school but in Year 4 when I was 9 my class had a thing about trading pencil grips and collecting them. This was serious business in trading and you where not cool back then unless you had one.
I feel so old now! Feel free to comment down below any of your favourite Crazes that have happened.
Don't forget next week is installment 2 of Fandom Friday which will be a YouTube addition so stay tuned!
Favourite song of the week ~ Problem by Ariana Grande - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iS1g8G_njx8&feature=kp (I got one less problem without you!)
