So recently I haven't been feeling 100% for a couple of reasons and needed something to help me be more positive and this is when I discovered a really good idea which is the 3 little things challenge.
The idea behind it is that you are encouraged to write down 3 little things that have made you happy every day whether that's something that made you smile to something that makes you unique and special!
Here are my 3 for today:
1. Getting home and cuddling my guinea pigs - They always make me happy
2. Having conversations on kik with my pal Katie. She always knows how to cheer me up!
3. Hot Chocolate because cold October evenings are meant to be enjoyed with a mug of hot chocolate while your in your pj's blogging!
I think this is a really creative idea and it instantly made me realize how lucky I am in many ways. Focusing on the small things is what counts. I would love for any of you to do it with me as I will keep you updated on mine most days through my Instagram (@katysummers_teenageblogger )
For now though, Goodnight! x (Don't let the guinea pigs bite)

What i'm listening to ~ Lullaby by Nickelback - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OjiOn5s8s8
This song was recommended to me by my best-friend Sian and it is so meaningful to me. The lyrics are just beautiful and this is the song I am playing to myself to keep me going through the dark days x
